What is the difference between coaching and consulting?
WHAT IS COACHING?
A coach is instrumental with people one on one or in teams as they seek to make important changes in their lives. Generally a coach will work one on one with an individual. A coach facilitates growth and self-discovery. With excellent listening and questioning skills, a coach partners with the client to achieve goals, overcome obstacles and make changes or shifts in their lives.
A consultant, on the other hand, provides that much-needed expertise and assistance in the client’s world. A consultant is usually problem-focused, identifying methods that will help an organization correct problems or weaknesses while building on the client’s strengths. Often regarded as the “expert,” the Consultant brings technical expertise to advise on solutions.

Educational Consulting
We work with School Administrators Leadership Teams, School Boards and teachers offering insight and support as they strive to lead and inspire their school communities. We also work with schools to provide them with tools and strategies for the changes and shifts we are currently experiencing.

Prayer, meditation, metaphysical discussions, book studies, intuitive card readings are just a few of the tools we use.

Ms. Georgina Morse is a Professional Life Coach, a Guidance Counselor and a Career Counselor with over 35 years of experience in education and the helping professions. She works with clients who seek clarity on their future life paths as they develop effective decision-making strategies that maximize individual potential. She is dedicated to the well-being of her clients and possesses a sincere commitment to assisting others in a holistic, thoughtful manner. Ms. Morse is very organized and reliable and demonstrates a sincere focus upon developing and supporting the whole person. In her partnerships she fosters a climate of trust, care and concern. A great listener and problem-solver she positively supports clients as they seek to grow personally and professionally. Possessing excellent communications skills, she is observant and honest. MS. SARAH REGAN
Believing in the of critical and creative thinking upon the development of the whole person, Ms. Sarah Regan truly believes in the power of learning in our lives. Serving in education for over 40 years, her experience has spanned four different states (Ohio, Florida, Nebraska and Oklahoma) and included teaching, coaching and administrative leadership roles. A life-long learner, Ms. Regan possesses extensive experience and knowledge as an educational professional. Using dynamic mediating and problem-solving skills she encourages positive change and growth in the educational institutions she serves. Understanding the value of team in any leadership role, she seeks to collaborate with others for a common goal. In addition, currently Ms. Regan serves Learning Sciences International, a renowned educational research and development company as a School Leadership Coach. Ms. Regan also possesses the gift of providing Spiritual Growth Coaching through intuitive readings for many of her clients.
Ms. Regan’s School Leadership Coaching and/or Educational Consulting is for administrators, administrative teams, School Boards that wish to provide quality leadership for those they serve in our schools. In addition, Ms. Regan also offers spiritual growth coaching as well as offers intuitve readings for her clients.

We Offer Complimentary Sessions!
This complimentary introductory session is designed so that the client and coach or consultant can become acquainted, and to see if the partnership will serve the needs of the client. We will discuss in general the goals or changes you are seeking and you will have the opportunity to ask questions of the coach or consultant in regards to her experience, background and expertise. By providing your contact information we will be able to schedule a mutually agreeable time to speak. The introductory session will be conducted by phone. If after we have our conversation we both agree that our partnership will provide you with the support you are seeking, we will begin to schedule additional sessions.
