One of the most important things in my life is my spiritual development. Spiritual growth should be at the top of everyone’s list. No matter what religion you may be or what your belief system is, we should always be attentive to our spiritual side. For me it is a magical and mystical journey to focus on things like metaphysics, mediumship. Ask questions like what lies beyond, what psychic abilities we may possess, who is God. I could go on and on.

Bottom line is no matter what tenets you subscribe to, becoming the best person we can be should be an everyday focus. Spirituality and Personal Development can be two areas where we can improve the quality and meaning of our lives. The purpose of this section is to share information that will serve us and help us to grow. We can both be seekers together and have a great time in the process!

My Journey

So I began working with professional psychics and mediums. Finding my spirit guides and angels was a wonderful adventure. Taking classes in astrology, I quickly learned that it is truly a science. Two of my favorite astrologers are Sandra Helton and Anita Doyle. Visiting Spiritualist Camps and taking classes opened me up to the vastness of the universe and the God force. Learning to channel was one of my greatest accomplishments as well as developing my ability to read cards. All these experiences and more have nourished my spirit. I would love to share my journey with you!

What is a medium?

There is often confusion in the metaphysical world concerning the differences between a medium and a psychic. Some mediums are psychic. Some psychics are mediums. Often in sessions a reader can provide both aspects. But specifically, a medium is one who provides a channel between a person and a loved one who has passed on to the afterlife. He or she can provide comforting messages or signs that will assist the person in dealing with their grief. The medium will also provide information about the loved one that only the deceased would know. This gives additional comfort as it is clear that the medium is truly connecting to the spirit.

What is a psychic?

As stated above, often the medium may also possess psychic abilities. The distinction however is that the psychic can provide information or insight into a person’s past, present or future. Sometimes people confuse this with the concept of fortune-telling. An honest psychic will always remind you that you have the power to impact and direct you own future. A psychic can help you connect with your spirit guides or angels for your guidance and growth. The psychic may just “know” the information or be able to read the person’s energy field. Often they can hear, see, sense or intuit the information. They may connect with their own spirt guides or angels to access the messages they provide. Most importantly they will encourage you to reflect upon the messages for your higher progression, knowing you are the master of your own destiny.
